Joe Rodriguez COO
Joe Rodriguez is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. He brings over 20 years of experience in residential construction, project management, and light commercial work to CJM 365 Construction. His technical foundation, combined with hands-on leadership across a wide range of scopes, contributes to CJM’s commitment to precision, transparency, and client-focused delivery.
In addition to his professional expertise, Joe is a proud Veteran of the United States Army, where he served as a 19 Delta Cavalry Scout. His discipline, strategic mindset, and dedication to service continue to shape his approach to business and team leadership.
Outside of work, Joe actively supports multiple charitable organizations through both volunteering and sponsorships, reflecting CJM 365’s values of community engagement and integrity.

Carlos Izaguirre
Carlos Izaguirre brings 23 years of combined experience in customer service, project management, and construction to CJM 365 Construction. Born and raised in Texas and now proudly based in Georgia, Carlos has built a career rooted in reliability, adaptability, and client-focused execution.
His journey began in 2000 with a decade of customer service at a major corporate call center, where he honed his communication skills and commitment to client satisfaction. He then transitioned into Property Preservation, rising through the ranks over eight years and gaining valuable insight into field operations and asset management. Most recently, Carlos spent five years as a Project Manager overseeing multifamily repair projects, further expanding his technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
Carlos’s broad skill set allows him to successfully manage a wide range of project types and client needs. While he’s capable of handling large-scale work, he’s also self-aware and prefers projects that he can execute independently—ensuring quality, efficiency, and personal accountability every step of the way.

George Tivy brings over 20 years of diverse construction experience to CJM 365 Construction, with a background that spans both residential and commercial projects. As a licensed Georgia General Contractor (GA GC), George reinforces CJM 365’s commitment to professionalism, safety, and structural integrity.
