Our first project with Turning Point Breast Cancer Rehabilitation involved transforming their Atlanta location into a fully functional and supportive environment for both patients and staff. CJM 365 Construction was tasked with delivering a space that meets the operational needs of the organization while reflecting the care and professionalism they provide.
CJM 365 Construction was engaged to address a series of balconies in disrepair. Our team removed the deteriorating concrete structures, rebuilt the underlying framing, and installed a new waterproofing membrane to ensure long-term durability and protection. Once structural integrity was restored, we carefully finished each balcony to match its original appearance, delivering a seamless blend of safety, function, and aesthetic continuity.

CJM 365 Construction had the privilege of updating the Castlemaine Clubhouse in preparation for the 2025 pool season. Our scope of work included refreshing the exterior paint, trim, and gutters, executing targeted roofing repairs, and enhancing the overall appearance of the pump room. Additionally, we addressed and resolved electrical issues identified during the initial walkthrough to ensure the facility was safe, functional, and ready to welcome residents and guests.
